Once you inspect the models on site and review the different plans, your selection process involves choosing your lot, selecting either standard items or deciding on extras and upgrades, all of which will personalize your new home. If any structural changes are required Warren will rework the plan to include these adjustments and provide you with an accurate cost before work begins.
